Shift: Saturday 8am-5pm Sunday 11am-10pm Monday 6pm-9pm


Job Duties:

Block off restrooms with proper signage when possible
Stock and clean dispensers
Clean all glass and countertops
Disinfect and clean all fixtures
Remove trash
Make one more trash run at the end of the day to reduce trash pulling time at night
Replace air fresheners every 90 days and high dust when the air fresheners are changed
Change urinal screens every 30 days

Common Areas and Lobby:
Clean the inside and outside of all entrance area glass and windowsills
Vacuum entrance mats
Police outside 10ft from the entrance and pull trash
Replace any dispensers (hand sanitizer)
Spot clean glass in all high touch point areas
Clean high touch points routinely throughout the day
Low dust
Elevators – check for fingerprints on panels and wipe down call buttons
Police stairs for trash
Clean gum or carpet spots
Remove all common area trash cans

Janitorial Closet:
Clean and Organize
Audit for chemical compliance
Manage inventory

Building Specific:
Executive suites and large break rooms
Reoccurring issues
Work orders
Communicate with supervisor on items missed by the night crew
