Position Details:
- Position Title – Floor Tech Operator
- Hours – 40 hours or less per week depending on the assignment
- General Location – Liberty, NC
- Compensation – $16.00 Per Hour
- Facility type: Industrial Building
- Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-03:30pm (Weekends Available)
General Duties:
- Capable of running 20-inch Ride along Scrubber
- Capable of running a walk behind self-propelled scrubber
- Responsible for the floor maintenance of hard surface and carpet (dust and wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction, and bonneting) of areas that include offices, corridors, lobbies, entrances, stairwells, and other public areas
- Applies stripper to floors to remove old wax then refinishes floors with new wax product.
- Bathrooms:

- Block off restrooms with proper signage when possible
- Stock and clean dispensers
- Clean all glass and countertops
- Disinfect and clean all fixtures
- Remove trash
- Make one more trash run at the end of the day to reduce trash pulling time at night
- Replace air fresheners every 90 days and high dust when the air fresheners are changed
- Change urinal screens every 30 days
- Common Areas and Lobby:

- Clean the inside and outside of all entrance area glass and windowsills
- Vacuum entrance mats
- Police outside 10ft from entrance and pull trash
- Replace any dispensers (hand sanitizer)
- Spot clean glass in all high touch point areas
- Clean high touch points routinely throughout the day
- Low dust
- Elevators – check for fingerprints on panels and wipe down call buttons
- Police stairs for trash
- Clean gum or carpet spots
- Remove all common area trash cans
- Janitorial Closet:

- Clean and Organize
- Audit for chemical compliance
- Restock
- Manage inventory
- Building Specific:

- Executive suites and large break rooms
- Reoccurring issues
- Work orders
- Communicate with supervisor on items missed by the night crew

- Lift 35 lbs, carry full trash bags, operate and lift janitorial equipment, lift and stock janitorial supplies.
